Description
We are seeking a senior level Project Manager in the Philadelphia area with Significant Big Four consulting experience to perform the following functions:
Able to take ownership of a project.
Able to guide a solution design path.
Proven solid Big Four IT consulting and solutions background.
Experience with business process re-engineering.
Ability to build process flows and perform gap analysis.
Understanding of technical process.
Experience with Business Process Management.
Experience working in Healthcare Insurance industry or a services industry such as Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitates the execution of project/program design.
Responsible for delivery of complex technical projects or programs.
Supports the project/program management role (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation management) for complex projects or programs.
Acts as a technical design resource on projects or programs.
Facilitates execution of continuous improvement plans.
Performs active role in managing client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
Impact of decisions on business operations can have a moderate to high level of impact.
May develop departmental budgets and business plans for functional area.
Evaluates and recommends changes in methods or procedures in own area of responsibility.
Identifies resource needs and may develop justification.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
Recommends/determines organizational structures and supervisory relationships for own segment of company, with varying numbers of direct reports.
Ability to develop clear and concise project documentation in support of ongoing departmental development.
Ability to comply with the Project Management Office methodologies, processes, forms, and procedures.
Able to manage the daily activity of all assigned project resources including client, coworkers, vendors, and business partners.
Maintains thorough status reports for multiple assigned projects and report the status to the project team.
Utilizes sound judgment to anticipate and escalate issues that may negatively impact project timeline, scope, and cost.
Utilizes interpersonal skills to cultivate strong client relationships
