PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Strong SQL Server DB Development Skills.
Required:
oSQL Server 2000 DTS
oSQL Server TSQL programming
.Preferred, but not required:
oSQL Server 2005 SSIS
oSQL Server 2005 TSQL programming
oKnowledge Of Webservices
oAny Experience With Dynamic Pdf
..NET Application developer working at a mid-level on internal ADVISORport projects.
.Participation during all phases of software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, acceptance testing and warranty support.
.Develop unit-tested, high quality code.
.Proactively identify and resolve application performance issues.
.Communicate with both technical and non-technical staff to support analysis, design, testing, and troubleshooting of project issues.
.Work on additional projects and tasks as they are assigned.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Assist Production Support team on critical-level issues.
.Provide documentation and other technical artifacts.
Languages and Methodologies:
Required: VB.NET.NET Framework 1.1
Preferred:VB.NET, Design Patterns, .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.0
Development Tools:
Required:Visual Studio .NET 2003, XML, SourceSafe
Preferred:Visual Studio .NET 2005, Team Foundation Server, SharePoint
Databases:
Required:SQL Server 2000 DTS, SQL Server TSQL Programming
