Manages strategic sourcing processes and internal/external relationships   in an expanding procurement group.

  Negotiate all elements of assigned IT supplier   agreements to ensure low cost of ownership including product cost, various   commercial terms and performance metrics.
  Conduct RFPs and evaluate of suppliers’   proposals
  Develop business terms and conditions for   supplier agreements.
  Develop and manage functional supplier   relationships with assigned suppliers to optimize relationships.
  Identify and execute opportunities for   procurement cost reduction
  Execute supplier and cost management   system/metrics for assigned suppliers and demonstrate continuous improvement.
  Resolve commercial issues associated with   supplier performance issues.
  Provide detailed analysis and information for   sourcing decisions.
  Independently manage segments in functional   areas, such as data gathering, detailed analysis, and report generation.
  Work and coordinate with various IT teams.
  Effectively leverages resources to achieve   outstanding results.
  Ability to maintain strong relationships and   exert influence.
  Ability to quickly grasp business direction,   customer requirements and supply chain management strategies.
  Proven ability to communicate to the right   audience in a timely fashion using effective communication method
  Proven capability and capacity to manage   multiple projects and functional supplier relationships while addressing   tactical supplier performance issues.
  Strong Knowledge of IT Sourcing Categories   with emphasis on:

  IT Hardware including, Data Center,   PC/Laptops, Storage and Network
  Software Licensing and software development.
  IT services, Infrastructure, Development and   Administrative services
  IT Contract development and negotiations,   including Software licensing, statements of work and support agreements.
  Thorough knowledge of the negotiation process   and key stages of best practice sourcing methodologies.
  Knowledge of Sourcing Best Practices


  Bachelor’s degree required, MS/MBA degree in   disciplines such as Supply Chain or Finance is a plus.
  7 + years of experience in global   sourcing/procurement in a relevant industry.
  Proven track record in developing and managing   supplier relationships across multiple product lines, resulting in improved   performance and cost.
  Aptitude for developing and utilizing   functional regional / global network that enables finding and qualifying   suppliers.
  Working knowledge of purchasing, planning,
  Strong cost modeling knowledge.
  Excellent verbal and written skills.
  Strong consensus-building, teamwork, and   creativity.
  Program management experience and project   management experience a definite plus.
