Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist)
We are currently seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for a growing Northeast Philadelphia practice. (We are minutes from I-95!)
This position is accountable for day to day management of the activities of the Rehabilitation Practice to assure proper utilization of available resources and continuous quality improvement. The therapist will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Rehabilitation Practice, the coordination of therapy services and the integration with Medical Practice.,
In this role you will assume immediate responsibility for:
>Performing evaluations.
>Treating patients to relieve pain, prevent disability, develop & improve skills and restore function.
>Providing service to all populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
>Maintaining positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
>Enhancing and expanding client relations with facilities and their staff.
Requirements:
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
-Degree plus certification in PT from an APTA accredited curriculum or Degree with entry level Masters Degree in PT.
-PA Physical Therapy license
-CPR certified
